Visitor and Family Information/Tickets

Each graduate will receive their requested amount of tickets to the commencement ceremony(maximum of 12). Tickets will be available for pick-up in the Alumni Affairs Office, Room #201, beginning April 1st, 2015.

Additional tickets can be purchased at $5.00 per ticket at the Pasadena Box Office the day of Commencement.

Everyone will need a ticket in order to enter the auditorium, including children (2 and above).

For their safety, family, friends and faculty are NOT allowed in the dressing room (Gold Room).

The Pasadena Civic Auditorium does not allow balloons in the Auditorium. If balloons are brought in, an usher will place the balloons into storage until after the ceremony.

Parking is available under the Pasadena Civic Center structure for approximately $10.00 or across the street at the mall - Paseo Colorado, Pasadena for approximately $9.00 (parking can be validated if dining or shopping in the mall).

Lobby doors open at 12:00 p.m.

Auditorium doors open at 12:30 p.m.

The lobby doors will temporarily be closed at approximately 12:58 p.m. for the Graduate processional then they will be re-opened.

Ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. and will last approximately 2 hours.
