Frank Baird, M.A.

Frank Baird, LMFT is Team Leader for the Adolescent Treatment Program and Couples Treatment Service at Kaiser, Sherman Terrace in Encino, CA. He teaches postmodern and family therapies at Phillips Graduate Institute and Marriage & Family Therapy classes at California State University, Northridge. He is Clinical Supervisor in the Postmodern Therapies Internship at Phillips Counseling Center. He is also the founder of Walk a Mile in Her Shoes: The Men’s March to Stop Rape, Sexual Assault & Gender Violence, (www.walkamileinhershoes.org) an international march where men literally walk one mile in women’s high-heeled shoes to educate their communities about the importance of ending sexual violence.

Bunni Dybnis, M.A.

Bunni Dybnis joined LivHOME, an integrated care management /in-home care company, in 1999 as the Director of Professional Services. She is a nationally recognized speaker on eldercare issues, bringing more than 25 years of experience as a licensed marriage/family therapist and certified care manager to her position. Bunni has worked with the chronically and terminally ill, disabled and geriatric populations. Previously, Bunni was program director of both fee-for-service and government-funded care management programs at a large nonprofit agency.

Bunni is active in a broad range of local and national organizations which are concerned with the aging population. She sits on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) where she is a Fellow in the Leadership Academy. She is the immediate past president of the Western Chapter NAPGCM, co-chair of Team of Older Person Services (TOPS) and on the Board of Trustees of the Center for Health Aging. She represents LivHOME on the Fiduciary Abuse Service Team (FAST) of L.A. County, the Professional Training Committee and is Chair of the Caregiver Support Advisory Board of the Alzheimer’s Association of Los Angeles. Bunni is also an active member on the advisory board L.I.F.E. Coalition of Jewish Family Services and The Health and Aging Leadership Academy of the American Society of Aging.

The Women’s Business Network of the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce recognized her as an Exceptional Woman in Eldercare, and she received the Rose Kleiner Award for Excellence in Care Management from the Western Region of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.

Kendall Evans, M.A.

Kendall Evans has specialized in working with perpetrators and survivors of relationship abuse and violence since 1987 when she co-founded Another Way - Stopping Violence and Abuse Counseling Center. She also provides general psychotherapy as well as supervises interns at Open Paths Counseling Center. She has been presenting workshops for therapists on domestic violence dynamics and treatment at several agencies as well as PGI and Antioch for several years. She is an active member of the Association for Batterer's Intervention Programs working as Training Committee Chair and co-author of a batterer's treatment brochure. Kendall has authored two book chapters and a Journal article on domestic violence and related topics.

Andrew Levander, LMFT, M.A.C.

Andrew Levander, LMFT, M.A.C., is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and holds many national certifications including: Master Addictions Counselor, Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor, Certified Bereavement Counselor, Certified Cognitive Behavioral therapist, Certified Internet Addiction and Web Psychology Specialist and is a Workplace Mediation Specialist. Mr. Levander has developed three treatment programs specifically serving adolescents and adults who are self-injurious as well as an Internet Addiction treatment curriculum and training center. He has over 17 years of experience in adolescent and family psychotherapy and eight years of International education for professionals and students in the field and study of psychology, addiction and social work practice.

Mr. Levander was the recipient of the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health Service Innovations Festival Award, “Enhancing Treatment Quality through Program Innovation and Educational Enrichment”. He was featured on the Dr. Phil Show, the John Walsh Talk Show, NBC News and E! Entertainment, Time Magazine, The Boston Globe, Los Angeles Times and many others. In 2004 a documentary spotlighting Mr. Levander’s treatment program aired on the Discovery Health Channel.

Mr. Levander is currently the Director at David & Margaret Youth and Family Services in La Verne, California where he continues his commitment to being of service to under-represented populations of youth, adults and families. His experience, knowledge and dedication to the profession of Psychological practice and inquiry have made him a dynamic educator and skilled clinician.
