On-site Counseling Center: Phillips Graduate Institute Counseling Center (formerly known as California Family Counseling Center) serves as the primary training center for Phillips and provides a variety of sliding-scale mental health services for the community. Opportunities for students include pre-master’s traineeships, post-master’s internships and doctoral training programs.
