Welcome to the PGI Library

The library collection offers resources on Marriage, Family, Psychology, Techniques of Psychotherapy, Child Development, Parenting, Human Sexuality, Substance Abuse Treatment, and a broad range of related topics. Our friendly staff invites students, faculty, Alumni Association members, staff, and interns to stop by and let us know how we may help with your information needs. Library staff will show visitors how to use the online catalog to find books, videos, audios and other library resources. We will also demonstrate use of the EBSCOhost and LexisNexis research databases. Please contact either the Director or Circulation Desk Coordinator if you have any questions about library use.

It takes only a few minutes to set up a borrower record for new students, interns, or faculty wishing to borrow library materials. For PGI graduates who want to continue borrower status we will update the library record with current Alumni Association information. Individuals not affiliated with Phillips Graduate Institute may use Library materials on-site, or may purchase an annual membership which includes library borrowing privileges.

Returns
Please return library materials through the wall book drop to the left of the Library entrance when the Library is closed. During regular library hours, please use the book drop at the Circulation desk.
Library materials returned by mail must arrive by the due date.
